Following years of litigation practice representing Fortune 500 companies and their management, John Hendricks founded the Law Offices of John T. Mr. Hendricks has advocated on behalf of clients in the airline, banking, construction, healthcare, insurance, Internet, oil, restaurant, technology and telecommunications industries. He practices in state and federal courts throughout California, focusing on defending single- and multi-plaintiff employment discrimination, harassment, unfair competition and wrongful termination claims. His skills in trial advocacy were recognized when he was awarded the NITA Advocate designation by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2007.
Mr. Hendricks participates in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, American Inns of Court, AIDS Legal Referral Panel and the National LGBT Bar. He has served as a director and officer for several of these organizations.
Mr. Hendricks earned his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his BA from UCLA.
Elaine Leeming specializes in labor and employment law and employee relations. She provides clients with preventive advice on a broad range of employment issues, representing them in litigation, administrative hearings, labor arbitration and collective bargaining. With experience in human resources management in both private and public sector organizations, she offers clients a unique perspective in resolving all employment-related issues.
Ms. Leeming conducts workplace investigations of employee complaints and counsels clients in managing the investigative process. She is a skilled mediator and serves as a volunteer arbitrator of attorney fee disputes for the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Ms. Leeming earned her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her BA from San Jose State University.
Geoffrey Murry has extensive litigation experience in all aspects of real estate law, including actions against borrowers and lenders, as well as disputes among developers, owners, tradespeople, buyers and sellers. He has handled complex federal and state civil matters in various areas, as well as general business litigation, family law and employment law actions.
Mr. Murry is committed to utilizing the law of real property to craft creative solutions to matters of development, as well as community and individual property rights and obligations. He is also committed to elevating the lawyer–client relationship to ensure accessible, client-focused representation for every client, no matter the size.
A California native who is conversant in German, Mr. Murry is active with Lambda Legal, Human Rights Watch and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom.
